Water’s Edge Resort & Spa, is Connecticut’s only waterfront private beach resort offers week-long stays in spacious condominiums, garden villas and lofts. Guests may choose from several floor plans that range from garden villas that can sleep four, to lofts accommodating six. Each unit offers ample living and dining areas, kitchenettes, private balconies and fireplaces.
The condominiums at Water’s Edge Resort & Spa are located on a stretch of sandy
private beach offering guests direct access. Condominium guests enjoy resort
amenities, facilities and services such as: three restaurants, including the award-
winning Restaurant at Water’s Edge, lounges, full-service spa featuring ten treatment
rooms, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a host of water sports, wireless
high-speed internet service, selection of high-end retail boutiques and more.
Weekly Condo Unit
The Water’s Edge Resort & Spa is offering weekly stays in our spacious condo units. Each unit has a living room, dining area, partial kitchen, private balcony, and fireplace, TV with lodgenet movies, & DVD, clock radio, and touch tone phone with voicemail and data port.
Condo which sleeps 4 has a master bedroom and a pull out queen sofa bed.
Weekly Loft Unit
The Water’s Edge Resort & Spa is also offering weekly stays in our spacious Loft units. Each unit has the same amenities as our condo units with the addition of semi private loft area with two single beds.
Weekly/Monthly The Perl House Summer Rental
The Perl House has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with pullout queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, screened-in porch, outside Bar-B-Que, Picnic Bench, TV, DVD. Fully equipped kitchen including dinnerware for ten people.
Weekly/Monthly The Child's House Summer Rental
The Child’s House on the beach has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room with pullout sofa bed, dining room, kitchen TV & DVD. Fully equipped kitchen including dinnerware for ten people.
