Reservation Policies
CHECK-IN / OUT
Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
No deposits required except for New Year’s Eve or Weekly Stays
ROOM RATE:
If staying multiple nights, the room rate reflects your nightly room rates averaged over the length of your stay.
OCCUPANCY TAX:
There is a 12% Occupancy Tax
DAILY RESORT CHARGE:
A $1.50 per day housekeeping charge will be added to your room rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
48 hours prior to arrival or one night room and tax will be charged. Weekly stay reservation must cancel 30 days prior to arrival in writing for a return of deposit.
EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY:
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you arrive prior to 3:00 pm, we request that you check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, beaches and pool areas until your room becomes available.
SMOKING POLICY:
Effective immediately, there is no smoking on guest room balconies. In addition, smoking is prohibited on pool decks. Guests may smoke in most other outdoor areas.
